Rental Terms

At Quick Rides Rentals, we believe in a transparent and stress-free rental experience. That’s why we proudly offer no deposit rentals, giving you the freedom to book your ride without extra upfront costs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 10 days before the booking date is free of charge.

Driving License

A valid, non-expired driver’s license is required. Only original licenses will be accepted by local authorities; photocopies, digital images on tablets or phones, and email files are not acceptable.
The driving license must be valid for at least 1 year.
An International driving license is not required for European Union, UK, USA, Australia & Canada citizens. For citizens of all other countries an international driving license is required.

Driver's age

Driver must be between 20 and 75 years old.

Credit card

The driver must be a credit card holder: the number and other details of the credit card, (expiry date and CVV) are used as a guarantee by CRS.

Insurances

Third party insurance, Car Theft Insurance & 24-hour Road Assistance are included in the price.
Insurance does not cover: damage to the interior of the car, loss or theft of key, damage to accessories and child seats, damage caused under the influence of alcohol, loss or damage or theft of personal items, damage to the engine from misfuelling, damage to the underside of the car (wheels and tires).
Car Towing is not included.

Insurances Package for Cars

1. C.D.W.: Collision Damage Waiver Insurance +10€
Collision Damage, first 1000 € are deductible. This insurance covers all damages above this amount.

2. S.C.D.W.: Super Collision Damage Waiver Insurance +20€
Super Collision Damage, full coverage insurance, first 600 € are deductible. This insurance covers all damages above this amount.

3. F.C.D.W.: Full Collision Damage Waiver Insurance +35€
Super Collision Damage, full coverage insurance, first 300 € are deductible. This insurance covers all damages above this amount.

Fuel

The renter has to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as delivered.
If the renter returns the vehicle with less level of fuel, that was delivered, the renter will be charged the fuel difference.
There is no refund, if the renter returns the vehicle with more level of fuel that was delivered.

Mileage

Unlimited mileage is included in our rates.

General Terms

CRS has the right to deny the rental, if the driver appears to have consumed alcohol, has more passengers or is driving dangerously.
The rates include VAT 24% and all local taxes.
Delivery and return of the vehicle is free in all areas of Santorini (except Oia) from 8:00am to 23:59.
Ferrying the car to any other island or mainland is not allowed.
The renter is liable for the payment of all traffic fines that may occur during the car rental.
In case of delayed flight or ship should inform CRS.
Baby and booster seats are available on request without charge.
Ιn case of returning the car earlier than the agreed date, no refunds will be made.
Pets are only allowed with an extra charge of EUR 70 for washing the vehicle.
